President’s Choice. A clean sweep of Category 6. And now, SOLD.

THE CODY by Bachman Custom Homes made its mark during the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes, where bold architecture, richly layered interiors, unexpected spaces, and an incredible approach to indoor-outdoor living earned it some of the Parade’s highest honors.

The Parade wrapped up on June 21, but THE CODY’s story continued.

After 57 days on the market, this 5,296-square-foot custom residence in Lone Star Ranch went pending on August 5, 2026, and closed just nine days later on August 14.

A Parade Home That Swept Its Category

THE CODY didn't leave the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes with just one award.

Bachman Custom Homes earned the President’s Choice Award, while THE CODY swept Category 6, taking first place in every judged category:

  • 1st Place | Best Architectural Floor Plan

  • 1st Place | Best Exterior Design

  • 1st Place | Best Interior Design

  • 1st Place | Best Decorated

  • 1st Place | Best Kitchen

  • 1st Place | Best Primary Suite

  • 1st Place | Best Overall, Judges Choice Award

That sweep says a lot about the home. There wasn't one singular feature carrying the design. The architecture, floor plan, interiors, kitchen, primary suite, and overall execution each stood on their own.

Designed to Live Big

At 5,296 square feet, THE CODY had the scale to make an impression, but it was how those spaces connected that made the floor plan work.

The great room anchored the main living areas, flowing naturally into the dining space and kitchen. Rich materials, custom details, expansive windows, and strong architectural elements gave the room presence while maintaining its connection to the rest of the home.

The kitchen continued that sense of scale with premium appliances, custom cabinetry, an oversized island, and an impressive 25-foot butler’s pantry.

With a prep sink, built-in ovens, extensive storage, cabinetry, and exceptional counter space, the pantry functioned as a true extension of the kitchen.

A flip-up service window with bar seating connected the kitchen directly to the outdoor living areas, making entertaining between the two spaces feel effortless.

A Primary Suite Worthy of First Place

The primary suite earned 1st Place in Category 6, and it was easy to understand why.

Privately positioned within the home, the suite opened directly to the patio through double sliding glass doors. Inside, a spa-inspired bath, dual walk-in closets, and dedicated washer and dryer created a retreat that paired luxury with everyday function.

Two additional bedrooms offered private ensuite baths, while a separate guest room and full guest bath added another layer of flexibility. A dedicated office and fitness/flex room completed a floor plan designed to accommodate far more than bedrooms and gathering spaces.

The Room Everyone Wanted to Find

Then there was the speakeasy.

Hidden within the home and accessed by elevator, this private retreat changed the personality of THE CODY completely.

A stunning wet bar, lounge space, and dedicated powder bath created a destination within the home that was intentionally removed from the main living areas.

During the Parade, discovering it was part of the experience.

You could admire the architecture, kitchen, primary suite, and backyard, but the hidden speakeasy was the feature you wanted to tell someone else to go find.

More Than 1,200 Square Feet of Outdoor Living

THE CODY's living space didn't stop at the back doors.

More than 1,234 square feet of covered patio space overlooked the private pool and pickleball court, creating multiple areas to gather, entertain, or simply enjoy the property.

The pool offered a place to float, cool off, and relax, while the pickleball court gave the backyard another level of recreation.

For a home set on more than an acre, those spaces helped define what living at Lone Star Ranch can look like: room for the home, room for outdoor living, and room for the amenities that make the property personal.

That same philosophy extended to the garage, with a side-load three-car garage plus a substantial 22' x 54' RV bay.

From Parade Winner to SOLD

When the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes concluded on June 21, THE CODY left with an extraordinary list of awards and plenty of attention.

The next milestone came on August 5, when the home went pending after 57 days on the market.

Nine days later, on August 14, 2026, THE CODY officially closed.

For Bachman Custom Homes, the sale closes the chapter on a residence that showcased the builder's ability to pair distinctive architecture and craftsmanship with spaces people genuinely remembered.

For Lone Star Ranch, it marks another successful sale from an exceptional group of custom homes showcased during this year's Parade.

And for us, it was a privilege to market and represent THE CODY through the Parade, the weeks that followed, and ultimately, closing day.

Congratulations to Bachman Custom Homes and the new owners of THE CODY.

The Next Chapter at Lone Star Ranch

THE CODY may have a new owner, but there is more to come at Lone Star Ranch.

Located near Lake Lowell and Sunnyslope Wine Country, this custom-home community offers one-acre homesites, mountain views, space for expansive garages and outdoor living, and the opportunity to create a home around the way you want to live.

Additional homesites and custom spec opportunities are available.

If touring THE CODY during the Parade left you imagining a few possibilities of your own, we’d love to show you what’s next.
